Note: the 144A Bond Program is for both projects in the USA and Internationally. *144A 1990 SEC rule that facilitates the resale of privately placed securities that are without SEC registration. The rule was designed to develop a more liquid and efficient institutional resale market for unregistered securities.

For Larger Projects ($20M+) The 1% covers all 3rd party reports, DD and other soft cost. For Smaller Projects (Under $20M) The borrower must pay for all 3rd party reports, soft cost and DD.
