Traditional properties types plus non-traditional properties will be considered. Amortization up to 30 years with a LTV up to 80% on most property types. Some exceptions on construction can go as high as, 100%. Special procedures and acceptions are subject to this program.
Multiple prepayment premium options are available.
Recourse & Non-Recourse options
Two years minimum of stabilized operating history
Owner occupied and non-owner occupied properties will be considered.
3, 5,7,10 and 15 year fixed rate terms.
