• Loan to Value:                      Up to 85% LTV Permanent loans for Multifamily  the rate is fixced @ 2.95% fixed for 35 years
• Loan to Cost:                         Up to 85% - 100% LTC
• Loan Term:                            3 - 5 years
• Loan Fee's:                           1% - 2%
• Guarantees:                          Recourse & Non-course is available
